Great inn, very tasty food and very friendly staff

Great food. Price-performance ratio is right. Very nice and courteous staff. The “lion carousel” and the game dishes are highly recommended. One of the few restaurants that cook everything themselves and you can taste this quality. Definitely worth a visit.

Celebrated super and first class registry office day in the lion. Everything discussed was implemented perfectly and the food was-as usual- super great. The portions are not to be sniffed at either. The lion carousel is a HIT! Operation - the Allroundman is a grenade! Everything just fits and is super great - logically full 5 points!

Service was super quick and friendly. The food was unfortunately tasteless. For me, eating is no reason to come back. If necessary the small playground so that children can play and if necessary a beer outside. But here you also have to say that you sit between the road and the train tracks, noise is still ok but an idyllic beer garden is something else.

I was at the Löwen for lunch this week and was totally thrilled. The food tasted great, was well presented and the portion was more than sufficient. Service was great too. Kudos to the host, very attentive and entertaining. I will gladly come again!

First scouted what there is to eat, which meets my needs as a chef. Leaf salad ordered with turkey slices. The salad I had to sort myself first because several brown leaves were to be found in it were also found in the leaf salad almost only lollo rosso leaves except the three small stub of rucula. To the turkey slices. The turkey was not seared completely without roast meat and also dry. And unfortunately too big cut. But for properly cut against the fiber. The Spaetzle are warmed up again at least in the water but as you can see here arise in Spaetzle lumps if they are not properly oiled before the cooling process. The mushrooms in the cream sauce, on the other hand, are accurate to the point. The sauce itself is very tasteful and also not directly from the pack. After that, I can only give three stars. It is always better to pay more attention to the right preparation. I wish the kitchen every success in the future!

Very large portions. Pleasant atmosphere. Nice service. The taste is only an ok. The meat is very reserved seasoned and the meat quality you could have used a bit finer pieces. Slightly cartilaginous from the mouthfeel. Smaller portions and more quality then it would be really great.
